For the Theme I got mine the Thecutesblogontheblock.com . You pick which one you want, then there will be a code. Open your blog, click layout, then click add element. Click HTML, it will open a box. Copy and paste the code into the HTML box. Better directions are in the website. They have some really cute ones. Good Luck!
